Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch. In our world, she's the sort of-mother of Billy and Tommy, and the daughter of Magneto. She's ... never been very stable with regards to her powers, to say the least.

The Scarlet Witch has the same powers as Billy, only to a more chaotic effect. That, among many other reasons, is why we call it Chaos Magic, and since I'm the resident god of the less than orderly I'm heading over to check on the twins.
Considering this place is capable of bringing her in and out of here, do you really think they'd let her roam around here if she could just casually use her powers to that extent? [It's an honest question, though sometimes Eudio's choices in volunteers were questionable, still in the line of wonder of what the other Loki might have planned. Verity, I could bring this place down to its knees if I felt like it and had the resources. A creature like Wanda is en par with a god, at times, and that's when she doesn't feel cornered.
